凡持票人士利用專屬號碼預購商品即自動參與抽獎活動，請留意以下條款及細則。
All ticket holders can join the Lucky Draw directly after purchasing the products with a unique code, please note the following terms and conditions.
*圖片僅供參考。為保貨品質量，或有機會延遲出貨。如有任何爭議，主辦方將保留最終決定權。
*Photos are for reference only. The earliest delivery date might delay in order to ensure quality of merchandises. In case of disputes, the Organizer reserves the rights of final decision without prior notice.
* 每樣商品均需收取 KKTIX 平台費用 HKD$12，所有費用會加到票價中一起結算。
* Booking fee of HKD$12 per item will be charged.
粉 絲 福 利 Fan Benefits
福利進行時間會安排於節目演出前/後進行，請留意之後福利安排的公告。 Fans Benefits activities will be held before/after the show time, details will be further announced.
* 有關福利換領安排，主辦單位將保留最終決定權。 The organizer reserves the rights for final decision to the fan benefits redemption.

持票人士於預售期間利用專屬號碼預購商品，單一消費滿HKD150，即可獲抽獎機會（一）次，獲得額外的機會與 ForceBook 以 2:1 形式合照一張📸！
Ticket holders to spend HKD 150 or above in single transaction to join the Lucky Draw, for a chance to take an extra 2:1 photo with ForceBook📸!
📌備註 Remarks：
- 持票人士於購買見面會門票後，將獲發專屬號碼。利用此專屬號碼到預售網址購買周邊商品以參與抽獎。Tickets holder will receive a unique code for pre-ordering products on the official website upon ticket purchase.
- 得獎者將獲得與ForceBook2:1合照1張 （共20張），請留意稍後公佈的福利安排。Winners would be granted the chance to take a 2:1 photo with ForceBook on Fan Meeting day (Total 20 pcs). The arrangement of the benefits session will be announced soon.
- 以專屬號碼買滿指定金額將自動獲抽獎機會1次。滿2（兩）次指定金額，可獲2次抽獎機會，如此類推，每名參加者（以有效門票計算）可參與抽獎次數不限，唯每張有效門票只限中獎1次。Spending designated amount with unique code will get a chance automatically to join the lucky draw once. Participants will get 2 lucky draw chances, if the designated amount reached twice, and so on. Unlimited participation in the lucky draw, but each valid ticket can only win once.
- 限香港時間2023年10月3日中午12時至10月8日下午6時期間之消費。Only accept spending from 3 October 2023 12noon to 8 October 2023 6pm HKT.
- 主辦方將於2023年10月27日於社交媒體公佈抽獎結果，並於同日刊登於星島日報及英文虎報內。The Organizer would announce the lucky draw winners through social media and publish the winner list on Sing Tao Daily and The Standard on 27 October 2023.

【專屬密碼查詢方法 How to find my ''PASSWORD''】
1. 登入KKTIX網站版（ https://kktix.com/dashboard/overview ）按「我的票券」。Login to KKTIX website https://kktix.com/dashboard/overview and access to ''My Tickets''.
2. 到「票券資料」查詢每張電子門票之獨立專屬密碼 Login to ''Ticket Details'' for the access to corresponding ''PASSWORD'' of each tickets.
*** 請以登入KKTIX的「我的票券」內顯示的「專屬密碼」為準

【福利換領步驟 Redemption Procedures】
購買周邊商品時請選擇「已購票觀眾」之票種，並輸入「專屬密碼」Choose the desired benefit and fill in ''PASSWORD''

每張電子門票均會有一組獨立之專屬密碼，每組專屬密碼只可以兌換一次。Each set of exclusive ''PASSWORD'' can only be redeemed once.

如消費者購買4張門票將會得到4個專屬密碼，需要由購買者再分發給同行者使用 (同行者可用自己的KKTIX帳號換領）。Each e-ticket will have an independent set of exclusive ''PASSWORD'' (e.g. if a consumer buys 4 tickets, 4 exclusive ''PASSWORD'' will be received, which need to be distributed by the purchaser to fellow attendees).

購 票 方 式 說 明 Instructions of Purchase
[Members rights notice] "Email address verification" needs to be completed for your KKTIX membership verification before the ticket purchase process, please go to https://kktix.com/users/edit to confirm whether your email has been verified.
To avoid the failure of receiving an order confirmation email, KKTIX does NOT suggest to use Yahoo or Hotmail email for registration.

本活動採用全電子門票形式，成功購買後﹐閣下會以電郵形式收到電子門票 QR Code，您可以前往 App Store／Google Play 下載 KKTIX app，入場時以手機出示 QR code，或直接列印 QR Code 作為入場門票掃描之用。Only e-ticket will be issued. You will receive a QR code after the payment is done. You can download the KKTIX app on App Store／Google Play or print out the QR Code for admission.

系統發送之 QR code 電子票券等同正式取貨票券，一組 QR Code 限一件商品使用，如閣下購買的是多件商品，則會收到同等數量的 QR code。The QR code in the e-ticket is equivalent to the official pick up ticket. One QR code can only be used by one product. You will receive an equal amount of QR code according to your purchase amount.

限以KKTIX會員 (免費登記) 登入，請消費者先免費加入成會員，訂單一旦成立，恕不接受更改、取消、退回或退款。Transaction is limited to KKTIX members. Consumers are requested to join the membership for free. Once order is established, no changes, cancellations, returns or refunds will be accepted.

每個訂單成立之後會收到「訂單成立通知電郵」。「訂單成立通知電郵」可能因其他因素未能寄到您的電郵，僅提供交易通知之用，未收到「訂單成立通知電郵」不代表交易沒有成功，又或是付款失敗，請於付款期限之內再次嘗試用信用卡付款（即使收到銀行的授權成功的簡訊或電郵），若訂單逾期取消，則表示訂單真的沒有成立，請再重新訂購。一旦無法確認於網站上的訂單是否交易成功，請至會員帳戶的"訂單"查詢您的消費資料，只要是成功的訂單，皆會顯示您所消費的資訊，若查不到您所訂購的資訊，表示交易並未成功，請重新訂票。After your order is successfully completed, an order confirmation email will be sent to your registered email address. If you can’t receive the confirmation email, it does not mean the purchase order is incomplete or the transaction has failed. Please try to process the transaction again within the due date (even you have already received the authorized message or email from the issued bank). If the order is canceled after the deadline, the order will not be established, please re-order. If you cannot confirm the order, please go to "Orders" in your member account to check your consumption information. If the order is successfully placed, it will display the information you have given. If you cannot find your order , indicating that the transaction was unsuccessful, please order again.

KKTIX系統沒有固定的清票時間，只要消費者沒有於期限內完成付款，未付款的門票就會陸陸續續釋放出來，消費者可隨時留意網頁是否有釋出可購買的商品。KKTIX will release the uncompleted orders’ tickets accordingly. For customers who have not finished the payment during the purchasing time, the order will be counted as incomplete and the ticket will be released. Customers can visit the website to check the availability of ticket sales.

如發現購買門票時有任何不尋常記錄，或有任何活動涉及違法行為或炒賣行為，KKTIX有權取消其入場資格，並不排除採取法律行動，所有已支付的門票費用，包括手續費及行政費均不會退還。If any unusual transcations, illegal acts or speculation is found, KKTIX has the right to cancel its admission qualification, and does not rule out taking legal actions. All paid ticket fees, including handling fees, will not be refunded.

請勿於拍賣網站或是其他非KKTIX正式授權售票之渠路、網站購票，除可能衍生詐騙案件或交易糾紛外，以免影響自身權益，若發生演出現場無法入場或是其他問題，主辦單位及KKTIX概不負責。To protect your rights and interest, please do not purchase any tickets through any other ticketing channels or platforms which are not authorized by KKTIX. Fraud and dispute may occur during the transaction. Meanwhile, the Organizer and KKTIX will not be responsible for tickets from unauthorized ticketing platform(s) about the admission and other issues caused.

已售出門票恕不接受任何退票、退款。購票前請詳閱注意事項，一旦購票成功視為同意上述所有活動注意事項。Complete orders and Tickets are non-transferable, no returns, exchanges or cancellation once ticket(s) are sold. Please read the terms and conditions carefully before the purchase of tickets. Once the ticket is successfully purchased, it is deemed the agreement to all the above-mentioned terms.
